There is a $25 deposit required to reserve the facility (checks made payable to Adair County Government). The $25 deposit will be returned once it is confirmed that the conference room has been cleaned and left in good condition.

To reserve the Annex Conference Room, please call the Commissioner's Office at (660)665-2283.

Key pick up and drop off is located in the Commissioner's Office, 2nd Floor of the Adair County Courthouse at the address below:
