The electrical transformer for the Zachary substation in Adair County arrived Tuesday February 26, 2019 at the construction site near Troy Mills, MO. The transformer is part of the Mark Twain Transmission project and is expected to be in service this spring. Several Adair County Officials were on hand to tour the substation and watch the placement of transformer.
