The Bruce Normile Juvenile Justice Center houses the Adair County Juvenile Office, the Normile Family Center Residential Treatment Program and the Secure Detention Unit. As part of the 2nd Judicial Circuit, the Juvenile Office serves youth and their families from Adair, Knox and Lewis Counties while the residential treatment unit and the secure detention unit serve primarily these same counties; they also serve numerous other counties throughout Northeast Missouri.
