For 2025 the Annex will not be available from Feb. 18-April 11th.
Starting June 2022, Adair County will begin taking outside reservations for the Annex Building-Conference Room (non-profit and non political organizations only).
The annex is not "rented out" for private gatherings such as, birthday's, baby showers, or wedding showers.
The County of Adair reserves the right to cancel reservation without notice if the space is needed for county Business.

Reservation Details
There is a $100 deposit required to reserve the facility (checks made payable to Adair County Government). The $100 deposit will be returned once it is confirmed that the conference room has been cleaned and left in good condition.
